CANCELLATION
AND REFUND
POLICY
Should you be unable to attend, a substitute delegate is welcome. All cancellations or alterations to registration must be made in writing to the Conference Secretariat – JT Production Management.
Cancellations made 30 days prior to the conference will be refunded 50% of fees paid. No refunds will be made for cancellations after this date and any registrations with a balance remains due in full. All refunds will be made at the conclusion of the conference. A No-Show will be deemed a cancellation, and the above policy applies.
